For some, their motto may be “Work like a Captain, play like a Pirate”. This is the exact sentiment for those being celebrated at this tropical party themed corporate event held at Disney Studios in Burbank, California. No detail was left forgotten. Coordination, flowers, decor and styling was handled by one of the best florists in Santa Clarita, Celebrate Flowers and Invitations. Myra, the owner of the business, had an amazing vision and brought us on board to assist in the execution of it by supplying her with premier event rentals including wood plank walls, wine barrels, wood tables, specialty bamboo chairs and beautiful satin linens. And thanks to Becca Rillo Photography for capturing all the amazing details from this event. 
Pirate themed vignettes were staged throughout the event space creating Instagram worthy photos. Lots of wood pieces were used to create the feeling that you are near old wooden ships. Several pieces were used including wine barrels, wood plank walls, crates, cannons, and more. It all worked together perfectly to create this tropical theme throughout. Fabric sails and pirate flags were also used to create an even more dynamic setting.
Table decor was perfection! Kiwi colored Lamour linens adorned the tables with the most beautiful tropical flower centerpieces that fit the theme perfectly. Bamboo chairs were used for guest seating.
If you need food ideas for your tropical party, you will find them at this event. The food stations were second to none! Guests first enjoyed island themed munchies including jerk chicken skewers, oyster fritters po’ boys, and tropical fruit seasoned with chili. There was a carving station with the most delicious cuts of meat. A seafood station with a seafood cocktail, an ahi tuna crudo, and a refreshing seaweed and cucumber salad. The dessert station had the most amazing selections including pineapple-rum upside down cakes, key lime pies, and coconut macaroons.
