It was a beautiful Thursday afternoon in Orange County when we had the opportunity to start setting up for a gorgeous wedding celebration for the lovely couple, Bob and Georgia, that would be held that following Saturday. When the big day was upon us, everything was ready to amaze the guests. The event began without a hitch thanks to the impeccable day of coordination by Tricia Dahlgren from Tricia Dahlgren Events.
The couple wed in the early evening at the Chapman Chapel in Orange. After the couple shared their sincerest vows of commitment and a promise of love, the wedding party and guests headed over to the groom’s residence to enjoy the cocktail hour and then the reception. Stunning details wowed the guests, from the lace covered vases to pearls and sparkle decor throughout, nothing was left unnoticed. The sophisticated design of the event was managed the talented Myra Harbour at Celebrate Flowers and Invitations. Myra designed the gorgeous florals and the elegant stationary for the wedding celebration. The classic theme of black and white was carried throughout the event with touches of blush.
It was an amazing transformation of space at the groom’s home for the wedding reception. A beautiful open aired tent was constructed by our team. Beautiful white drapery was hung along the top beams and linen draped on the sides of the tent. Chandeliers hung from trees surrounding the area and high peaks in the tent from linen. This truly set the ambiance for the evening.
Tables were adorned with beautiful cream-colored, specialty linens. Each guest was greeted at their seat with the exquisite menu choice for the evening. The cuisine was catered by Citrus City Grille. We provided a kitchen area for their staff to prep the meal on-site. Another detail from the table that tied in perfectly with the overall style of the event were the glass chargers with the clear beads. This was a beautiful addition to the overall look of the table.
As the sun went down, guests continued to enjoy the live music from the performing band. This talented group was arranged by A-1 Event Rentals Entertainment department in collaboration with John LaCroix. The custom lighting also created a stunning atmosphere for the evening. Guests were also invited to relax on the lounge furniture that was laid out throughout the area.
All the details and firsts for the newlyweds were captured by the gifted Ellice from ES Photography. She did a tremendous job in catching every special moment for the couple. We wish this couple all the best!
