We absolutely love the details from this chic, boho wedding. Everything was absolutely stunning. The bride had a vision from the beginning and executed it perfectly with DIY elements and touches from vendors. When we met with Michelle, she wanted to be sure her wedding was intimate with lots of florals and a bohemian feel to it.
The wedding was held at a private property in Santa Clarita, California. As guests entered the area, they were greeted with a life-size pop up the adorable couple. Handmade signs were throughout the space greeting and directing the guests. The intimate ceremony was held near the luxurious pool in the backyard. A stunning, birchwood arch stood as the focal point for the ceremony. Once the couple said their vows and were pronounced husband and wife, guests cheered and tossed lavender at them as they made their way back up the aisle.
Guests were invited to the side portion of the house where they got to enjoy refreshments and the couple’s signature cocktail, a Moscow mule. Appetizers were hand passed through the crowd which were quickly devoured. Another unique touch was the sign in book which included a polaroid camera. Needless to say, guests had fun with that as they provided their well wishes for the newlyweds.
As guests made their way up the backyard to the reception site, the romantic glow of market lights led the way. Guests took their seats at their tables that were beautifully adorned with bright and colorful centerpieces and the table numbers were special photos of the couple. As the grand entrance began, the bridal party took their seat at the farm tables adorned with florals and candles. Once the couple had their first dance as husband and wife, they took their seat at their beautifully decorated sweetheart table which also sat in front of another birchwood arch that served as the focal point of the evening. The bride took off her beautiful veil and replaced it with a gorgeous flower crown that represented her laid back and nature-loving personality. Guests dined and danced under the romantic glow of a chandelier and market lights. Speeches and toasts were given, the special dances were danced, the cake was cut, and then it was time to celebrate the couple! Guests took turns at the open aired photo booth. Two green hedges and decorated frames were the backdrop for all the shots. Guests later enjoyed ice cream sandwiches! As the night came to an end, each guest parted ways with their own succulent. It was an absolutely beautiful evening. We wish the couple all the happiness in the world! It was a pleasure working with them as well as the extremely talented team that put it all together.
