Tax Free Rentals

We pay all taxes up front on our purchases so you don’t have to. This allows for your budget to go a little further when planning your big event.


Custom Orders

We allow each customer to choose their rentals based on their vision and personal style. Very rarely are any two orders the same.


Delivery & Pick Up Available

Should you need your order delivered and pick up, that is not a problem. We have several trucks to handle multiple deliveries daily. Our schedule is based on your venue requirements.


Set up & Take Down Service

We offer additional labor services should you need all your tables and chairs placed. Many of our products include set up and strike within the rental cost.


Detailed Event Drawings

If needed, we can send one of our event specialists to take measurements of your event space. Those figures will turn into a sophisticated Computer Assisted Drawing that is specific to your event.


Permit Acquisition

If a permit is required for your tent, we can work with the local city officials to obtain any necessary permits so your event can run smoothly.


Community & Referral Incentives

We provide discounts for non-profit organizations help the success of the cause. We also provide perks for customers referred by previous clients too.


Constant Contact with Field Staff

When our crew is out in the field, we have constant communication with them to ensure everything is operating smoothly and your event goes off without a hitch.

Our Work Flow


Initial Consultation

Meet with an event specialist to discuss your overall event style and determine what is needed for your event. This can be done over the phone or face-to-face. This is an opportunity to see all of the products and build your custom rental order that suits your event perfectly.


Order Review & Fulfillment

This happens behind the scenes. Our warehouse crew confirms all the inventory is clean and in operating condition. Inventory counts are made to ensure every order can be fulfilled accurately.



After the delivery schedule has been created by dispatch, each order is loaded up for will call or delivery. For delivered orders, items are loaded onto the trucks and sent to the location. Our crew will either drop off the rental items or begin installation and set up depending on the order. At the conclusion of the event, everything is picked up and returned to the warehouse for cleaning and storing.


Event Review

At the conclusion of your event, you can expect a follow up from your event specialist to discuss the overall success of your event. This is an opportunity to provide your positive feedback as well as an constructive criticism. We hope to exceed all expectations, but we also take criticism as an opportunity to better our business.
